Credits are a usage allowance for this service. They are not money, not stored value, not redeemable for cash and not transferable. Each plan issues its allowance for the current period only — whatever is unused at the end of that period expires, and there are no top-up packs. If you run out, a higher plan issues more.

Where the free plan stops

What 50 credits buys

One structure reading (2), one handle description (1), and 9 full passes at the three keyframes (5 each). Enough to take one photograph all the way to a set of frames you are happy with.

What it does not buy

The clip. Generating video costs 50 credits and is not available on the free plan. That is the one thing you cannot shoot yourself without a backdrop, a fan and a slow shutter — which is usually why people are here.

Billing, currency and cancelling

Currency

All prices are in USD — US dollars — and include VAT (inkl. MwSt.). If your card is held in another currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. Neither is set or collected by us.

Automatic renewal

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. The checkout page states the renewal date and the amount before you pay, and the order confirmation states both again.

Cancelling

One click under Billing, no reason required, no conversation. It takes the same number of steps as subscribing. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Credits

A usage allowance, not a balance. Not money, not stored value, not redeemable for cash, not transferable. Unused credits expire at the end of the period and there are no top-up packs.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days. It ends early only if you separately request immediate performance and separately acknowledge the loss of the right — both unticked by default at checkout.

Refunds

If a job fails for a reason on our side, the credits it consumed are put back. Statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal and remedies for defects, apply in full and are not limited here.
